Go (Baduk) Team Analytics Project
An interactive report covering analysis of a corporate Go (Baduk) team's operations, a review of AI training adoption, and strategic PR recommendations.
Challenge
I was handed responsibility for the Go team with little prior knowledge of the sport. There was a need to present data-driven insights on the team's contribution to corporate PR and potential operational improvements. A persuasive analytical format was required for executive reporting. The approach was to analyze from a sports specialist's perspective and refine the findings through direct interviews.
