O!Son-Do-Son: Small Business Mutual Growth Project & Report
"Mutual growth" is easy to say. Ohouse decided to prove it with data. A comprehensive analysis of transaction data from all 370 participating vendors in the O!Son-Do-Son Market — tracking +31% growth in small furniture transactions against a market-wide decline of -17%, and uncovering individual vendor growth stories. The results were packaged into a report and content, then distributed to media. It was an image built on facts, not PR messaging.
Challenge
As Ohouse grew rapidly, a narrative emerged that "large platforms exploit small businesses." There were hundreds of real stories about growing alongside small business partners, but none had been made visible to the outside. A project was needed to show the substance of mutual growth through data.
